What is a Cannagar?

For some, a Cannagar can be many things. It can be any kind of cigar which tightly rolls wonderful buds of cannabis, rather than the traditional tobacco. The others, who are purists, think that the wrapping must be made from cannabis too. A hemp paper wrapping will do.
